Mass-Market Hydrogen-Fueled Cars in Ten Years?

On one level, this is great news. Now that I’ve learned more about the Bush administration’s ideas about hydrogen fuel cells, though, I have to ask “Where’s the hydrogen coming from?” If they’re getting it from oil, have we gained anything?
