That’s what the Chicago Climate Exchange is bearing, according to Investor’s Business Daily. Plans for the Exchange also include a move into trading futures on sulphur-dioxide emissions allowances. I’m still struggling with this concept… I like it in theory, but have a built-in resistance to anything that allows (or even encourages) a certain (even though manageable) amount of pollution.
