An interesting piece in Grist regarding the demise of the very successful Energy Savings Performance Contracting program, which has sunsetted (?) because of White House intransigence over its proposed energy bill. When’s the last time you heard of any Federal program creating a $1.5 billion savings? Wouldn’t you think that conservatives would love this…?
