Green Business Blog Carnival #4 up at David Coethica’s blog

Another Friday, another double whammy of link love. Our own Five for Friday went up earlier this morning, and, on the business front, David Coethica’s blog played host to this week’s Green Business Blog Carnival this week. As you’ll see simply by the number of posts, the idea seems to be catching on… so look for an even bigger edition next week at Cleantechies.

I’m kind of Β a geek for reporting standards — written about a number of them over the years in various places — so I really like Jen Boynton’s Triplepundit post on why the Global Reporting Index should become the framework for sustainability reporting. But, since they’re our partners on this whole carnival thing, let me also give a shout-out to Dinesh Thirupuvanam’s post at Viv Biz Club on the use of “compostable” and “biodegradable” as product qualifiers… and what they actually mean.

If you’d like to join the fun, make sure to submit a relevant post from your own blog for upcoming carnival’s through the form at Triplepundit. And if you’d like to host the Carnival sometime in the future, check our schedule and let me know.

Looking for more green business inspiration? Books by Paul Hawken, Ray Anderson, and Gil Friend will get those wheels turning.
