From Grist‘s Amanda Griscom Little, an analysis of a very hopeful development in national environmental politics: more and more Republican senators are getting behind the push to take action against global warming. Now, generally, these folks all fall into the moderate category (or do now since the religious right seems to have the loudest voice in the party), but it’s good to see any Republicans taking a stand in favor of scientific rationality over the right-wing blowhards like Sen. James Inhofe.
