On more of a housekeeping matter, I’ve invited Mr. Ronald Blanchard, a middle-school science teacher in Lake Charles, LA, and good friend of my father’s, to have his summer program students participate on sustainablog. Ronald seems excited about using us as a resource, and I told him I thought our community here would love an opportunity to interact with kids learning about some of the concepts we regularly discuss. I’m looking forward to their insight… it’s amazing how kids can sometimes find an angle on a subject that us old folks would never consider.
