Haven&#8217;t had a chance to read all of<a href=\"http:\/\/www.whitehouseforsale.org\/documents\/dirtiest_plants2.pdf\">this report<\/a> linking America&#8217;s dirtiest power plants with some of Bush&#8217;s biggest campaign contributors, but it should give pause to anyone who still believes that Dubya is a &#8220;war president&#8221; first and foremost.
