Gipe considers both wind and solar power, and the conclusions he draws are staggering: depending on the technology and the method of spending (direct invest, production tax credits, etc.), he figures the money heading for Iraq could&#8217;ve paid for anywhere from 1 to 25% of our electrical generation.
