Essentially, if fish is contaminated by mercury, don’t eat fish! Kind of like an argument I heard blaming Enron employees and stockholders for their own predicaments: “they should’ve diversified more, yada, yada…” Yes, they should’ve, and pregnant women should be careful about fish consumption, but that shouldn’t lift responsibility from the people who committed criminal and\/or harmful acts in the first place.
