We’ve got a rip-roarer of a discussion\/debate going on about nuclear energy<\/a>, and I thought it might be helpful to relocate it back at the top of the page. When we last left off, we had begun discussing weaknesses of nuclear energy: Bill Casino of NEI<\/a> noted<\/p>\n And don’t forget Kelly’s explanation of baseload verses peak load following. Nukes just are not optimal for load following economically.<\/p>\n So, let ‘er rip, foks — this is fascinating.
