While growing food is a part of the concept, permaculture is much more holistic &#8211; and that&#8217;s what makes it endlessly fascinating from my perspective. If you&#8217;re looking to reduce your own environmental impact, permaculture provides a framework for figuring out what will work for you.<\/p>\n<p>Vague enough? We&#8217;ll get more specific in our discussion at our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/plus.google.com\/b\/109268936901297199229\/events\/ciuoo9bst66tgn5g26j4inm1atc\">Hangin&#8217; with sustainablog Hangout on Air on Friday at 10am Central<\/a>. I&#8217;m inviting a variety of contacts I have in the permaculture community to join us at our Google+ page and discuss the subject itself, as well as specific projects that fit within this paradigm.
