Kerry’s High-Wattage Energy Plan<\/strong><\/p>\n Though I was initially a Howard Dean supporter, I always knew that John Kerry had the strongest environmental record of any of the Democratic candidates. This story from BusinessWeek<\/em><\/a> (via Howling) provides some details on Kerry’s plan for US energy independence, and it’s the most ambitious energy plan I’ve seen from a politician.
