I&#8217;m intrigued by the concept as, on the face, it sounds like a more sustainable solution to the impending problem of disease growth in the areas affected by the hurricane.  At the same time, I only know what this post and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emamerica.com\/data\/\">EM America website<\/a> claims.
