{"id":16570,"date":"2014-06-10T12:46:46","date_gmt":"2014-06-10T18:46:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress-367309-1145705.cloudwaysapps.com\/?p=16570"},"modified":"2014-06-10T12:46:46","modified_gmt":"2014-06-10T18:46:46","slug":"growing-cities-headed-small-screen-fall","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sustainablog.org\/articles\/growing-cities-headed-small-screen-fall\/","title":{"rendered":"Growing Cities Headed for the Small Screen this Fall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just over two years ago, I wrote <a href=\"https:\/\/sustainablog.org\/2012\/04\/urban-farm-film-growing-cities\/\">a short post<\/a> plugging a Kickstarter project by two budding documentarians out of Omaha, Nebraska.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #636363;\">Dan Susman and Andrew Monbouquette hit the goal on their project, and since then, their film <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.growingcitiesmovie.com\/\">Growing Cities<\/a><\/em> has found fans on the film festival circuit, as well as at community screenings. Next up is PBS: American Public Television would like to screen it on public television. But that means further production costs&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sister site Ecopreneurist has the lowdown on a new crowdfunding campaign for <em>Growing Cities<\/em> &#8211; this time to fund that work needed to make it broadcast ready.
