Despite keeping a close eye on responses to Wal-Mart’s recent announcment of new environmental initiatives<\/a>, I managed to miss this Grist article <\/a>that provides an overview of responses by environmental activists. Alternet has reprinted it<\/a>, and it’s interesting to see the variety of responses coming out of the environmental community. Most are dismissive; a few are dismissive but hopeful.
