Improves penetration of existing services (toters, compactors, sweepers, drop box).<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and delivers speeches and presentations within the community and for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Develops literature and brochures promoting the company and its services. Maintains and orders certificates of insurance as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Completes waste audits for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Surveys routes to verify rates, services and efficiencies (size, frequency, quantity).<\/li>\n<li>Attends and becomes active in local community organizations (Rotary, Chambers).<\/li>\n<li>Educates existing and new customers on various recycling and waste issues (contaminants, AB939, HHW).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates recycling programs with local jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and maintains a file system for customer information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Six months of related experience in resource recovery (e.g., waste disposal, recycling).<\/li>\n<li>Valid Class \u201cC\u201d driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese\u00a0 preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Looking for something else?
