In a nutshell, Justin considers the NIMBY response to wind farms as &#8220;ugly&#8221; within the context of modernist aesthetics, and offers an alternative that frames beauty within an ecological conception of &#8220;form follows function.&#8221;  Not light reading, certainly, but definitely thought-provoking.
