It’s been a while since I’ve done a morning post, but I wanted to get this one up as quickly as possible. The Center for Health, Environment and Justice<\/a> launches its new “PVC: The Poison Plastic” campaign<\/a> today. The website features the Flash video “Sam Suds, and the Case of PVC, the Poison Plastic,” created by Free Range Studios<\/a> of Berkeley and Washington, D.C. (the same folks that created “The Meatrix”<\/a> videos, and “Store Wars”<\/a>). Visitors can also take action<\/a> by asking Target to phase PVC out of its products, a move Wal-Mart, Nike, Ikea and Johnson & Johnson have already taken. In conjunction with the site launch, there will also be a number of live activism events at Target stores around the country.<\/p>\n
