You can say it as many times as you want but it still doesn&#8217;t apply to coal. Jeff Biggers&#8217; wrote a \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2008\/02\/29\/AR2008022903390.html\" target=\"_blank\">Washington Post Op Ed<\/a> last year.
