Is a word used frequently in Southern Louisiana (where I’m from) that means “a little something extra.” In response to the disaster in SE Asia, several green businesses are kicking in some lagniappe to help with the aftermath of the tsunami. I’ll be happy to post information from any green\/sustainable business that’s making a special effort in this time of need. For now:
