At the same time, I&#8217;m not aware of any of the other presidential candidates presenting anything nearly as comprehensive as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solaraccess.com\/news\/story?storyid=5383\">Dean&#8217;s plan for renewable energy development<\/a>.  Dean&#8217;s plan is truly moderate, recognizing the environmental benefits of renewable energy while relying on the strengths of markets to bring these sources of energy into the mainstream.
