But that&#8217;s not all that bloggers and readers are discussing&#8230; so here&#8217;s our run-down of five posts that caught our attention this week.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Our Five for Friday green blog post round-up<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>No new CSR minister?<\/strong> For ten years, the British government has had a cabinet-level corporate social\u00a0responsibility\u00a0(CSR) minister&#8230; but the new coalition government has yet to fill this post. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabianpattberg.com\">Fabian Pattberg<\/a> discusses <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabianpattberg.com\/2010\/06\/csr-minister-post-disappears-devaluation-uk-leadership-responsible-business-practice\/\">the new government&#8217;s foot-dragging on this position<\/a>&#8230; and ways to make this post more relevant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Still hunting for that perfect green Father&#8217;s Day gift?<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/earth911.com\">Earth 911<\/a> has a list of suggestions for <a href=\"http:\/\/earth911.com\/news\/2010\/06\/18\/5-last-minute-eco-accessories-for-dad\/\">unique, relatively inexpensive gifts<\/a> you can give to Dad this Sunday.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Not your ordinary Girl Scout:<\/strong> I freely admit that I don&#8217;t know what usually counts for a Girl Scout Gold Award project, but I&#8217;m guessing that building a environmental education center out of green materials goes well beyond the norm. \u00a0High school-aged green builder <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.epa.gov\/blog\/2010\/06\/18\/the-vision-is-green\/\">Sarah Jo Lambert<\/a> shares her story, and her vision, on the EPA&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.epa.gov\/blog\">Greenversations blog<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hooters girls contribute to oil spill clean-up: <\/strong>Yes, you read that right&#8230; Hooter&#8217;s girls, from the sports bar chain. Project Pantyhose involves taking the server&#8217;s used hose, and donating it for use in oil spill booms. <a href=\"http:\/\/inspiredeconomist.com\">The Inspired Economist<\/a> has <a href=\"http:\/\/inspiredeconomist.com\/2010\/06\/12\/hooters-girls-donate-pantyhose-to-clean-up-oil-in-the-gulf-of-mexico\/\">the scoop<\/a>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Root for the carbon neutral teams:<\/strong> About half of the teams competing in the World Cup in South Africa are <a href=\"http:\/\/greenlivingideas.com\/topics\/climate-change-global-warming\/world-cup-teams-offset-their-carbon-emissions\">offsetting the carbon emissions<\/a> they generate from travel and lodging, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/greenlivingideas.com\/\">Green Living Ideas<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That&#8217;s our five&#8230; what did you see this week that caught your attention?
