Many of you have probably missed it, but I’ve been engaged in a debate with a commenter claiming that wind power is a fraud<\/a>… Since I didn’t have facts at my fingertips, I’ve done some searching around and found this FAQ<\/a> that deals with this commenter’s concerns and others written on the site he links<\/a> with his comments. The Yes2Wind site is sponsored by Greenpeace, Friends of the Earth and WWF. So far, I can find nothing about support for our mysterious commenter’s site, except that its URL is one letter of from that of the American Wind Energy Association<\/a>. I’ve also noticed that most of the authors quoted on the opposition site appear with remarkable regularity on PR Watch’s Sourcewatch list for “Industry-Friendly Experts…” <\/a> Draw your own conclusions.<\/p>\n
