Along the lines of the discussion I’ve been having with Michael comes a report from MSNBC <\/a>(via ClimateArk<\/a>) that observes that some of the carbon-trading activity encouraged by the Kyoto Treaty may adversely effect poorer communities trying to deal with long-standing environmental issues.
