Turn Used Oil into Hydrogen?

From RenewableEnergyAccess.com, an intriguing idea from scientists at the Florida Solar Energy Center. My initial response is that I hope this wouldn’t be seen as a long-term solution, but still is a creative way of addressing one form of current waste.
